The short version

Whelmed is not released yet. Today the only personal data we hold is the email address you give us for the waitlist. We use it once, to tell you the beta is open.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you submit it through the waitlist form on this site.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics for this website — page views, referrers and country. These are collected without cookies and cannot be traced back to you.

What we don't collect

• We don't ask for your name, phone number or address.
• We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles.
• We don't sell, rent or share your email address with anyone.

Who processes it

Waitlist submissions are handled by Basin, our form processor, and stored on their servers. Website analytics are provided by Plausible and Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Decisions you write in the app

The app is still in development, and the way it stores your decisions is not final. We will publish the specifics here, in plain language, before the beta ships and before anyone is asked to put real decisions into it.

Getting your data removed

Email hello@whelmed.space and ask. We'll delete your address from the waitlist and confirm once it's done. You don't need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also go out to anyone on the waitlist.
