What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the Whelmed waitlist. Whelmed is operated by NZO STUDIO. The app itself is not released, so nothing here yet describes an app licence — we'll publish those terms before the beta ships.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee you a place in the beta, and it isn't a purchase. Beta places may be limited by what we can realistically support. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.

No promises about the product

This site describes software that is still being built. Features shown here — including the screenshots — may change, be delayed, or be dropped before release. Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular feature on a particular date.

It isn't professional advice

Whelmed is a tool for recording your own reasoning. It doesn't give financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for someone qualified to give it. Decisions you make remain entirely yours.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.
• Don't submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist.
• Don't scrape or reproduce the content of this site for commercial use without permission.

Content and ownership

The Whelmed name, the design of this site, and its written content belong to NZO STUDIO.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it, or from relying on information published here about unreleased software.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
